MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is the most efficient and secure method of communicating with the provider team. It provides a summary of your most recent clinical visit, lab results, upcoming appointments, and allows you to request prescription refills and renewals.
The patient portal is the preferred non-urgent way to communicate with your providers.
Medication Renewal Request
Preferred Method: Use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to request prescription renewals from your provider. Be sure to include the medication name(s) and current dose in your message.
Alternate Method: Call the Appointment Line at 618-256-9355, then press options 1-1 and leave a detailed message, including your name, date of birth, DOD ID number, and the medication you wish to refill.
If you have refills, they're processed through the Satellite Pharmacy, not the clinic. The phone number and prescription number on on the medication bottle. We recommend that you initiate medication refill requests a week before your current supply runs out. Please note that requests require three business days to process.

Full scope, patient-centered care for acute illness, chronic medical problem management, and preventive care for all ages (Adults, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Newborn, Geriatrics):
- Acupuncture (referral only)
- Sports Medicine (referral only)
- Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (referral only)
- Pap tests and contraception
- Vasectomies (referral only)
- Minor Procedures: (referral only). Examples include:
- Wart and mole removal
- Botox migraine therapy
- Skin biopsies
- Toenail removal
- Joint and bursa injections/aspirations
- IUD insertion and removal
- Nexplanon insertion and removal
- Endometrial biopsies
- PCBH (empaneled patients only)
- Walk-ins/Nurse Visits: Monday - Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.
- Dysuria (painful urination) (Female patients only)
- Pregnancy test: 16 - 44 years old
- Sore throat: 6-65 years old
- Depo: Follow-up only. For new prescriptions, schedule an appointment
- B12: Follow-up only with an active order

From Scott Air Force Base, South Drive:
- Take Scott Drive and Seibert Road to IL-158 East/Air Mobility Drive in Shiloh – 5 min. (2 miles)
- Continue on IL-158 East/Air Mobility Drive from Interstate 64 West to O'Fallon. Take exit 16 from I-64 West – 6 min. (5.1 miles)
- Follow N. Green Mountain Road and St. Elizabeth's Boulevard to your destination in Caseyville Township – 3 min. (.8 miles)
From St. Louis, Missouri:
- Take I-64 East to West HWY 50 in O'Fallon.
- Take Exit 14 from I-64 East - 14 min. (14.4 miles)
- Continue West HWY 50. Drive to St. Elizabeth's Blvd. - 5 min. (1.6 miles)
Park in the Visitor’s Parking and enter at the Health Center entrance. Take elevators to the fourth floor.
