Scott AFB Exceptional Family Member Program One Stop
EFMP at Scott Air Force Base
All components of the Scott AFB EFMP program, along with the School Liaison, are co-located to best serve your EFMP needs. You can find us at the Military and Family Readiness Center.
The goal of the Scott EFMP One Stop is to streamline the process, enhance communication, and provide support at critical points throughout the military life cycle. The M&FRC is open to walk-in customers Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. A member of the M&FRC team is available during those hours to help set up appointments.
What is EFMP?
The EFMP is a program offered by each service to support families with special medical and educational needs, throughout the service member’s career. EFMP has three components: EFMP-M (Medical), EFMP-FS (Family Support) and EFMP-A (Assignments). Family members should contact the EFMP-M office for enrollment and PCS questions. EFMP-FS is your main point of contact for EFMP information.
EFMP-M (Medical)
We provide services of identification and enrollment for EFMP. Medical and military personnel departments work with service members and families to identify, enroll, and perform family member travel screenings. We also initiate the enrollment process for the TRICARE Extended Care Health Option.
To start new EFMP enrollments, or if you have additional questions, please email us.
EFMP-FS (Family Support)
Can connect you with:
- Military and community support services and resources
- Family needs assessment and service plan
- Respite, events, and workshops
- EFMP Navigator for home visits, and potentially high stress meetings like IEPs, behavior plans, parent conferences, state benefits, etc.
Schedule an appointment by calling 618-256-8668 or emailing 375fss.efmp@us.af.mil.
