We offer vaccine services for active duty, retirees and family members to include deployment and travel vaccines. Walk-in services are provided during normal business hours for routine vaccines. Yellow fever and smallpox are offered by appointment only. Please see Public Health prior to immunizations for required vaccinations regarding foreign travel. Yellow Fever is given based on patient demand and requires an appointment. All patients requiring yellow fever must be added to the wait list. Our office performs immunizations records transcription with a maximum 72-hour turnaround time. Patients that are unable to come into the clinic can fax all applicable documentation to “Attention: Immunizations Clinic”. Shot records can be requested via fax with a maximum 72-hour turnaround period.

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., for smallpox appointments. Note: This appointment may last an hour or two, to include a 30 to 45 minute briefing, therefore please plan accordingly
