Immunizations

We offer vaccine services for active duty service members, retirees, and family members, to include deployment and travel vaccine appointments.

How to Make an Appointment

Appointments are required for immunizations and allergy shots. Service hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 11 a.m. and 1 - 4 p.m., excluding federal holidays, family days, and training days.

Appointments can be made through the appointment line at 618-256-WELL (9355).

Walk-in Services

Well Babies with same-day appointments with Pediatrics or the O’Fallon Pediatric Clinic, and active duty, National Guard, or Reserve members on active duty orders with Readiness Requirements due within 90 days, can walk in during normal service hours.

Foreign Travel

Please contact Public Health prior to immunizations for required vaccinations regarding foreign travel.

Immunizations Records

Our office performs immunizations record transcription with a 72-hour turnaround time. Patients who are unable to come into the clinic can fax all applicable documentation to "Attention: Immunizations Clinic."

A copy of your immunization records can be found on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or, for active duty Air Force personnel, on the MyIMR link on the Air Force Portal.

COVID-19 Vaccine

The CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness. Visit our COVID-19 vaccine page for more information.
