Who We Serve
We provide primary medical and readiness care to active duty service members, and National Guardsmen and Reservists on active-duty orders.
Services Offered
Our clinical teams direct the assessment, management, and coordination of acute and preventive medical care, promote telehealth services, initiate specialty referrals/emergency transfers, perform minor procedures, and provide initial diagnosis, imaging, labs, and medication administration/refill.

Sick Call

For injuries or illnesses that have occurred within 72 hours

Available Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 8 a.m.

Check in at the 375th MDG main check-in desk
Walk-Ins
For the following services (appointment with clinical support staff, i.e., registered nurses and/or medical technicians):

Blood pressure check (Must be directed by a provider)

Wound care – suture/staple removal/dressing changes

Consecutive wart treatment (Only after initial treatment by PCM)

Urinary Tract Infection (Non-pregnant females only; painful urination, urinary urgency, and/or urinary frequency)
Active duty service members who require COVID-19 testing for official travel may check in at the Warrior Medicine Clinic daily, 8 – 9 a.m., to complete this requirement.
** If you’re experiencing COVID-like symptoms, please come to the clinic during normal Sick Call hours **
Emergency & After Hours Care
Emergency – Life, Limb or Eyesight
Call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room.
Non-Emergent/Urgent
For after hours urgent health care, call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE (800-874-2273); staff will triage and direct medical care as needed.
