Flight Operational Medical Clinic

Who We Serve

We provide primary medical care and readiness needs to active duty flyers and their family members. 

Services Offered

Our clinical teams direct the assessment, management, and coordination of acute and preventive medical care, promotes telehealth services, initiates specialty referrals/emergency transfers, performs minor procedures, and provides initial diagnosis, imaging, labs, and medication administration/refill. 

Additional Services

SICK CALL & Return to Flying Status (RTFS)
  • For injuries or illnesses that have occurred within 72 hours
  • Available Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 8 a.m.
  • Check in at the main 375th MDG check-in desk
 Active duty service members who require COVID-19 testing for official travel may check in at the Flight Medicine front desk, 7:30 - 8 a.m., to complete this requirement.

Emergency and After Hours Care

Emergency – Life, Limb, or Eyesight
Call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room.
Non-Emergent/Urgent
For after-hours urgent health care, call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE (800-874-2273); staff will triage, and direct medical care as needed.
