Public Health provides an array of services and programs to ensure the health and readiness of our base population and local communities.

Services Offered

Force Health Management

Deployment Health

Initial Deployment and Final Out: Make appointments by calling 618-256-4986.

Travel Medicine: Make appointments by calling 618-256-4986.

Reintegration: Those returning from deployment can walk in Mondays and Thursdays at 10 a.m.

Occupational Health

Audiograms: Make appointments by calling 618-256-4986 (do not call the appointment line).

Walk-ins: Available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 – 10:30 a.m.
 
NOTE: Public Health only provides routine annual tests for Hearing Conservation Program members, flyers, SHPE, pre- and  post- deployment, sister services, and pre-employment. For any other type of audiogram, or if you have concerns about your hearing, please contact your primary care manager.
 
Medical Employee Health Program: Walk-in appoinments availble Mondays and Thursdays, 8 – 10:30 a.m.

Community Health

Communicable Diseases

For any questions or concerns regarding communicable diseases, sexually transmitted disease interviews/education, animal bites, or latent tuberculosis, please call us at 618-256-4986.

Food Protection

Food Safety services include food handler training, food facility sanitation, food inspection, and public facility sanitation.
