Appointments & Referrals

For any care your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, preventive, mental health, and specialty care, you will need a referral. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization. 
 
The Scott AFB Clinic is an outpatient clinic and does not have urgent or emergency services. For emergencies please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. 
  
Military Health System Nurse Advice Line: 800-TRICARE (874-2273) 
The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is used for appointments, information, and secure messaging at this facility. 

Services Offered 

The Scott AFB Clinic offers sick call to  active duty service members with new onset symptoms, those that have begun in the last 72 hours. Sick call is not for referrals, prescription renewals, follow up visits, or chronic conditions. 

Active Duty Sick Call: 

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30-8 a.m. 

  • Check in at the main clinic entrance 

Flight Medicine Sick Call: 

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30-8 a.m. 

  •  Check in at the main clinic entrance
